The Lived Experience Sharing Project
No edits, just advocacy. In 2015 the L.E.S Project started recruiting individuals to participate in long-term communication agreements. The participants come from backgrounds that cover various economic, educational, spiritual and social classes. The lived experiences that the participants have reported for mate3 networking have been irreplaceable. Each participant agrees to report 3 firsthand about their lived experiences. Our journey began in 2015 when the L.E.S. Project was launched with a commitment to unedited advocacy through 3 firsthand answers about lived experiences. By the middle of 2016, mate3 networkers had recruited 290 participants who had become the first cohort of participants to enter into our long-term communication agreement. The agreement is to report 3 firsthand answers about their lived experiences for use in problem solving and advocacy. By 2018 the project had been expanded and was serving individuals from all walks of life and panning all four background categories, economic, educational, spiritual, and social. In 2020 the project's data became the foundation for adding and tracking mate3 answer-sets. Using mate3 answer sets focused the communication to finding certified productive options based on the aspirations of the affected individuals. In 2022 the archiving system was categorizing and preserving the aspirations of the affected person. The aspirations are used to develop individual advocacy and problem-solving agendas and schemas. In 2023 the project expanded its advocacy footprint with new participant cohorts and partnerships. Get your mate3 annual subscription with the benefits of being a one-time or long-term LES cohort.
