At mate3 the networkers use a written policy set describing what we do, when we do it and how to do it. Since the mass awareness of AI, it has been more important than ever for community organizers, advocates and problem solvers to write out their operating policies and plans for how they will share the power of their positions or the equity in their public service operations. Each of us deserves to know the operating policies of the advocates and representatives that outreach to help us. If we have the advocates, representatives and tools for redress in place before an individual has a problematic experience, it's more likely to get better outcomes. With more examples of individuals and machines covering up and hiding incidents and outcomes, firsthand answers from the individuals with the lived experience have become more essential.
