AI Needs The Open Feedback Loop
The problem of not having an open feedback loop has been cited repeatedly for public misinformation and discouragement. The feedback loop is needed to capture each unconsidered and sometimes nuanced lived experience. The handling policies for public feedback should be clear and made part of the continuing process from the beginning. When the feedback loop is confusing or non-existent, there’s no access to the context of firsthand answers. In addition, there is no process for connecting firsthand feedback. A transparent feedback loop raises public confidence, awareness and engagement. When we don’t have the feedback loop, we hinder problem identification and solving. The current issue is not if we can build it, it’s whether we are willing to make it accessible to everyone. Join mate3 networkers in our campaign to expand availability of feedback loops.
