Tokens For Public Advocacy Legislation

At the 2023 Pan-Globe Investments forum on AI, I raised a simple point: access to compute power is becoming a public necessity. Tokens for compute are not just a technical tool; they are a new form of public service contribution. Civil-service assistive-computing can support individuals with problem-solving, redress, and advocacy at scale. Assistive computing is no longer optional it's essential. We the people who advocate have an opportunity to shape policies and systems that can deliver advanced advocacy support to individuals at low and no cost. The question is not whether we can build it, but whether we will support making it accessible to everyone.
