Recording Firsthand Answers & Responses

From our experience, we believe everyone should be supported in participating in open-source activities by receiving, formatting, and submitting their own responses to at least three questions. We’ve learned that it's best practice to have an open-source type of collaboration in the advocacy process. Our inventory of best 1st step options for those affected by differing types of occurrences, helps to make actionable choices easier. Open-source policy-based collaboration puts a layer of accountability monitoring the reported experiences and subsequent responses. Our inventory acts as a decision-support tool for those navigating complex situations, while simultaneously highlighting gaps between lived experiences and institutional actions.
