Pushing Back Against Detached Firsthand Answers
Disconnected thoughts and ambitions have only offered more than nothing. The influencer paradox is in a state of reformation. The reformation is due to not accepting the answers of the affected person as being the most important asset in problem solving. Without a frontend communication sharing agreement with those affected, the public administrators are stuck. The frontend agreement to have communication is the best way to scale-up firsthand answers into actionable steps that can build cross-cause solutions. Pairing political or financial meaning to polls and surveys of individual feelings has grossly underserved the affected first party accounts of what happened. Pollsters and surveys elicit answers from sources that allegedly have been spontaneously asked about their feelings and opinions. Replacing firsthand answers about what happened with vague generalities is a problem. It becomes more of a problem when a first-party problem is turned into an isolated problem in general. Suddenly a distance is established with a lack of organizing around the firsthand answers. Next, almost without fail a story told by a storyteller is gifted as though the storyteller was the affected party.
