Telling what happened and what you would like to see happen as a result is democracy in action. Having what’s said added to the collective learning process is the best first-step outcome. The possibility of routinely capturing an individual's authorized account of what happened is a democratic advantage. The voter's front-end agreement to tell what happened in their own words can no longer be taken for granted.
