Harassed Whistleblower Answers 3 What happened?  When I blew the whistle on illegal dumping and fraud at my job, many of my colleagues unfriended me. What would you like to see happen?  I’d like to see some legal restrictions put on individuals that try to organize others to punish whistleblowers. (2) Advocate for Stronger Anti-Retaliation Laws – Push for policies that criminalize organized retaliation against whistleblowers. (3) Encourage Anonymous Reporting Systems – Support platforms that allow whistleblowers to report misconduct without fear of exposure. (4) Raise Awareness About Whistleblower Rights – Educate employees about legal protections and how to seek help if they face retaliation.
